Compering two texts.The Rana plaza collapse in Bangladesh and the Triangle Shirtwaist fire are both similar in the fact that they both killed underpaid workers in the clothing industry.The fire in 1911 killed 146 workers while the Rana plaza collapse in 2012 killed 1129 workers. Both places had been visited by inspectors and given critical safety reports. The fire is marked as a turning point for the American garment industries safety standards. The Bengali people have not yet changed.
